All members of Niknax–regardless of role–are expected to abide by our guidelines. Disregard for the guidelines will result in a written warning, selling suspension, or a ban from the marketplace.
No Promoting Other Marketplaces
No promoting other marketplaces or selling platforms via live sale, chat, DM, or marketplace profile. This includes other marketplaces within District. Even attempts to be vague will be considered a violation. Links to social media platforms do not count as other marketplaces or selling platforms.
Other District marketplace owners or members soliciting members via direct message will be banned from Niknax.
Community Conduct
No bullying or disparaging other members. In rare cases, we will take into account off-platform conduct as it pertains to Niknax.
Cancellations
A bid is a contract between buyer and seller.
It is the expectation that buyers bid responsibly and keep the phone away from children and pets. If a bid is made by mistake, issuing a cancellation or refund is left to the discretion of the seller but NOT A REQUIREMENT.

sales are final.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ask all appropriate questions before bidding.
An excessive number of cancellations or refund requests initiated by a buyer will result in a member's suspension from Niknax.
Returns & Refunds
As long as the item is delivered
as described
–whether described during a live sale or described in an item description–the seller is under no obligation to accept a return. Buyer's dissatisfaction and buyer's remorse are not acceptable conditions for a return. Under these circumstances, the seller is under no obligation to accept a return.
*In accordance with District guidelines, a buyer must report any issues with the product within 48 HOURS of delivery or 10 DAYS after purchase via support@district.net.
No Negative Sale Impact
No behavior that serves to negatively impact the outcome of a sale. This includes:
Bid Shaming
Shaming other members for bidding. (ex. "That's enough, give someone else a chance." or "Why don't you let someone else win?")
Guilting
Guilting other members into not bidding. (ex. "What's the point of bidding against that person when they win everything." or "I would really like this, but money is tight. Please give me a chance.")
Devaluing
Putting down the item to prevent bids. (ex. "That's ugly, why would anyone want that?")
Price Quoting
Quoting prices or values in the chat from other online or physical venues. (ex. "You can find that cheaper on…" or "I just saw a bunch of those for $2 at…")
Negative Discussion
This includes arguments in the chat, name-calling, or other behaviors that distract the seller or disrupt the conversation.
No Event Interference
No behavior or speech that serves to negatively impact a simultaneous train or sponsored event. This includes:
Imitation
Scheduling a sale or train to imitate the theme, title, or thumbnail of an existing event.
Competition
A seller participates in an event and–during their segment of the event–promotes an upcoming sale that interferes with that same event.
No Spamming
No spamming other members. This includes:
•Excessively tagging members in live sales or in chat channels.
•Sharing a live show to multiple members via DM with no context.
•Sharing the same post repeatedly in the chat channels.
No Purchase-Based Prizes
No purchase-based prizes. This includes discounts, deals, or giveaways–this violates federal law without an opportunity for form-fillers to apply. Examples include:
•Spin the wheel for a discount
•Buy one, get one
•Must buy for a giveaway
No Gifting During Livestreams
No gifting items during a livestream. Until this feature is built into District, it causes too much disruption and inconvenience for sellers.
No Counterfeit or Misleading Goods
No attempting to pass off misleading, reproduction, or counterfeit goods as genuine. Examples include:
•Items with logos imitating luxury brands.
•Contemporary items with vintage style not disclosed as contemporary.
•Any jewelry improperly marked to imitate sterling or gold.
If found in violation, a written warning will be sent. If violations continue, additional actions will be taken.
Shipping Requirements
All sales must be shipped within THREE business days.
Prohibited Items
No items that promote or glorify hatred, violence, or discrimination on the grounds of race, ethnicity, color, religion, disability, national origin, sex, gender and gender identity or sexual orientation.
No Bulk Wholesale Items
No new, bulk, contemporary wholesale items of inferior quality purchased from foreign or domestic sources such as Temu, Amazon, Ali-Express, Walmart, direct sources, etc. For additional information, see wholesale guidelines.
No Begging or Manipulation
No begging or manipulating the audience for sales. Examples include:
•"I could really use this money for an upcoming bill. Please bid."
•"We have an unexpected vehicle issue and could really use some money."
Additional Rules
•No reckless or dangerous behavior.
•No nudity or indecent exposure.
•No foul language or adult conversations.
•No chat shows or chat segments related to selling tips or marketplace policies. Chat shows and communications on policy will only be offered by Owner, Admins, and Moderators of Niknax.
•No using Niknax in your username. This creates confusion with our members.
