This stunning studio art glass console bowl was handcrafted by Chad Balster in 2008 (signed on the bottom). Based on research, Chad started working with glass in 1996 and started his own business, Chad Balster Glass, in 2012 making one of a kind glass art pieces. He is best known for making "PODS", which are footed art glass pieces with abstract designs. This piece was made before he started his own art glass business and therefore, is a little more rare than the most recent pieces. It is 4" tall and 14" in diameter and is in excellent condition. There are no cracks, breaks, chips or repairs. (See photos).
