Sweet vintage cream pitcher / small sauce boat with lovely hand-painted pink flowers and green leaves on a creamy white ground. This piece has a charming personal inscription on the base: “To Marion from Gertrude – 1952 –” A wonderful piece of mid-century pottery with a personal story — perfect for someone who appreciates dated and inscribed ceramics. The form is graceful with a nice pouring spout and curved handle. Condition: Good vintage condition with typical crazing throughout the glaze (see photos). No chips or cracks.
