1980s Betsey Johnson Punk Label Dress with Tags Black Floral Size S or XS NWT

Amazing piece with the original tags. The dress is made of jersey cotton material and has stretch. The sleeves can be either on the shoulder or off (on me they tend to fit off the shoulder better) It is sized a vintage small.
