2 - Vintage Imperial Glass Toothpick Holders, Peacock/Smoke Blue, Daisy & Button

This is a set of two vintage Imperial Glass toothpick holders in their peacock (smoke blue) color and daisy and button pattern. Made in Bellaire, Ohio in 1968, these round toothpick holders are mid-century modern with a glossy finish and iridescent carnival glass feature. Handmade and pressed glass, the holders have the impressed IG backstamp and weigh 8.6 ounces for the pair. Imperial Glass made this line in this color from 1965-1972. They would work well as candle holders (see last two pictures - with electric tea lights). Both holders are in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks or signs of wear. The iridescence is nice and strong.
