Widowed mom with one daughter and five cats. Plus a grandma to six fur babies. I also foster kittens for our local SPCA but in my spare time I love collecting anything vintage but especially glass and pottery. Thifting is my passion. For me it's like playing a game of hide and seek. The treasures are hiding and I seek them out. There is no greater thrill than finding the one special "thing" that was hiding in plain sight.

2000 Daniel Edler Abstract Cut To Clear Paperweight 5” X 4”
Made in Illinois, this is a big raw chunk of glass craved to show clear windows depicting some dichroic bits of glass among blue and yellow strips and a few controlled bubbles. Looking through each cut out brings a different view and interesting look to this piece. The mat outer glass is green and brown with a slight iridescent mat finish looking almost reptilian.
