Antique German Bisque Spill Vase Victorian Gentleman Figurine

Spill vase is in good condtion with no chips or cracks. Figurine is dressed in the palest of pink colour. He has the sweetest looking face and all his fingers are intact which is remarkable given the age of the piece. No markings on bottom but I am fairly certain the piece is German. Measures 5 1/2" length, 6" height and 3" wide.
