Art Pottery Glazed Mug

I really don’t have a lot of information on this beautiful mug, but I thought it was very pretty, Looks to be handcrafted with a signature on the bottom of H Boy or H Bay not sure. See pictures. No chips or cracks. 4” Tall 3.5” wide at top & 1.75” wide at bottom.
