My jewelry making began while teaching on the Navajo Nation. My first pieces were with stone beads, but I have continued to learn and now work with a variety of mediums. I am Turquoise Butterfly Designs. Turquoise for my time with the Navajo and Butterfly for starting a new chapter in life.
Handcrafted carnelian and peridot necklace measuring 18" with a silver toggle closure. The beautiful orange tones of the carnelian rectangular beads are offset by the lovely peridot beads and silver spacer beads.
