Framed Original Handmade Artwork Kitty Cat Kitten Wall Hanging

This is a vintage framed original artwork piece by artist Shirley Barbour Lowe (1926-2008). It is titled "Amber" and features a profile of a cat. It is signed in the bottom right hand corner, and has the original label and price on back. The entire piece measures approximately 10"x12". The artwork itself measures approximately 4"x5.5”. There is a small stain on the matte, as shown in pictures.
