Gorgeous Vintage Decorative Raised Gold 9.5” Porcelain Plate

Has a mark on the back that has worn off you can see the letters PAN (Japan?) Some of the raised gold texture (in particular the dots closer to the center) have gold color worn off and a couple of the dots have chipped off as well. Please see close up photos for details and condition thank you.
