Handblown Art Glass Figural Man Paperweight Cobalt Scarecrow Skiing Puppet Vtg

Item is pre-owned and in very good condition with no cracks or chips. There are a few surface scratches on the top, but couldn't even capture them in the picture. This is a fun & unique paperweight with a colorful 3-D character/person inside with the white lines. I couldn't tell exactly what the character is doing, but fun just the same. Paperweight measures 3.25* wide x 2.25" tall.
