Penn Peerless Fishing Reel No. 9 Vintage Freshwater Reel Only
Penn Peerless introduced this reel in 1953 for light, freshwater fishing. Reel only, there is no line on it. 5 1/2 inches long with crank, 2 3/4 diameter. The crank is 4 inches long. Some features are : Line Capacity: 250 yards of 15 lb monofilament line. Gear Ratio: 3.4:1, providing a smooth retrieve. Weight: Approximately 13 ounces. Drag System: Smooth and efficient, designed to handle light-tackle fishing. Bearings: Equipped with 2 high-quality ball bearings for reduced friction. Line Retrieve: 16 inches per crank.
