RARE Liberty Blue Staffordshire Factory Misprint Rim Soup Bowl Old North Church

Because Liberty Blue features 15 different historical colonial scenes spread across dozens of shapes, workers manually applied the wrong transfer stamps to certain production batches. Instead of destroying the mismatched inventory, these pieces slipped through quality control and were distributed during the massive 1976 U.S. Bicentennial promotional campaigns at banks and grocery stores.

• Very good condition. No chips, cracks or crazing. Nice glaze.
