Rare Vintage Melo Amphora Shell Silver-Plated Serving Bowl 11”x 5.5”x 8” w/ Matching 9” Serving Spoon, Italy

This is a hard to find collectible large Melo Amphora Shell bowl which has been skillfully handcrafted into a serving bowl complete with serving spoon. Perfect for serving your seafood salads, ceviche, shrimp or other speciality dishes. This one of a kind bowl is likely artisan made and we could not find another available for sale at this time. Bowl retains its Made in Italy label on underside and does not appear to have ever been used. Silver plate trim adorns the rim of bowl as well as the handle and bowl of spoon. Spoon features a lip to balance on rim of bowl for easy use and display. In excellent vintage condition with no issues noted.
