Vintage 1990s Menbur Black Velvet Look Rhinestone & Feather Purse

There is a missing rhinestone on the decorative piece, but appears to be pretty standard size for repair. Otherwise, it still has the tag and is in very nice condition overall. It is certainly big enough to fit all the essentials: phone, lipstick and a compact! It has short chain straps, approximately 12” with a 6” drop.
