Vintage Brass Dinner Bell Victorian Lady Queen Figural Southern Belle

This vintage brass hand bell features a decorative figure of a woman in a crinoline dress acting as the handle.These bells are often referred to as Victorian lady bells or southern belle dinner bells.The bell has a solid brass construction with a clapper inside.
