Beautiful vintage Chinese cloisonné enamel shallow dish or pin bowl. Features a vibrant blue ground with a stylized white lotus flower and scrolling vine center, framed by a distinctive white fish-scale (scallop) border. The base is finished in turquoise enamel and marked "CHINA," likely dating this piece to the early-to-mid 20th century (Republic period export). Perfect for holding rings, coins, or as a display piece.
