Vintage Made in Hawaii Floral Green Dress Smaller size short sleeve Zip back

This is a Cool Dress - no labels other than Made in Hawaii - I think this could be from as late as the 50s to the 70s or 80s based on label and material came from an estate green with floral print there are no tags so check measurements to be sure this will fit The material feels like a polyester or blend, on the heavier side - this isn't a light and airy material, its more like older lightweight polyester - no tag so I don't know for sure unlined short sleeve slight v neck with back zip sort of an A line style Approximate measurements: laying flat; 37.5 inches from center back at top of neckline to bottom of dress; 16 inches from armpit to armpit; 30.5 across the bottom, there is about a 23 inch length that needs the hem repaired, some of it is hanging down as shown in the photo, its an easy fix though, just flip, sew and press I don't see any other issues, but this is a vintage dress so there could be marks, or other areas that need repair. Again, I don't see any, but they could be there - so I'm saying the condition is consistant with age.
