Vintage Model Train Light tower

Model Train Light Tower. Heavy metal construction, one light bulb is there, 10.5" tall, base is 2 3/4" square, no mark, wires are not frayed.By the weight of the light, I would guess this is a quality piece. Red with black in color. I don't know what scale it is.
