Fantastic piece to complement any MCM style room! No chips or cracks. Has a bit of scratching due to age. Confirmed by Sandi and FB Murano group. Murano Sommerso glass is a renowned Italian art glass technique developed in the 1930s where layers of colored molten glass are "submerged" (sommerso) within each other without mixing, often encased in a clear outer layer. This method creates a vibrant, multi-layered, and heavy decorative piece, popular for its bold, modern, and striking chromatic effects.
