I have recently moved to the mountains of eastern Tennessee where I find my treasures and offer them to you, the beholder. I hope you will find your "thing of beauty" here. I was raised in a home where bone china, silver and fine crystal were both used and appreciated. This translated into a love of antiques and handmade items of similar quality. Vintage Oval Divided Silver Plated Serving Dish w Nesting Bowl Lid by Gorham Heavy Plate YC426/41 - USA
Harder to find divided silver plate dish stamped & hallmarked by Gorham Silver. This is an older piece, made in the USA when Gorham did quality work. It is quite heavy and likely also has a heavier plate on it than more modern pieces. This can function as a covered dish or the lid can also be used as a serving bowl. The pieces nest perfectly for more compact storage. Size: approx 10.75" l x 7.5" w x 3.5" h, including lid. Condition: Excellent vintage condition, I have polished these to show their beautiful condition. There is one tiny black pinprick spot in the bowl of the main dish and a few light utensil marks.
