Hello! I have been collecting costume jewelry since five years old. Also have a love of Lefton pixies (from my mother) and other vintage Christmas and holiday decorations. I am getting ready to retire and have started clearing out my home. I have discovered that, indeed I live in a house full of vintage everything! Vintage Rare Triangle Clear Glass Marmalade Jars, pair $45. These were marmalade jars from the Crosbies Company in England, circa 1940. See the commercial advertisement. Bottom marked: CROSBIES 5 FMF S. They are 4 1/2 in. tall and each of the three sides are 2 3/4 in. wide. Pristine-no chips or cracks. I contacted a newer Crosbie Company in England, and a representative found the older company ad and emailed back to me. The older company is no longer in business. If anyone knows more, please message me. They were from my grandmother's basement since at least 1960. Probably a gift from her brother's many travels to Europe for home decor and antiques.
