Vintage Wax Ornament Cast From Antique German Mold | Archangel St. Michael 1850

3"x4.5". Listing is for a vintage ornament of an ornately framed saint Michael. Ornament was cast in quality melt resistant bees wax and hand painted by artist Clare Brackett Morison in 1982. Signed on backside by artist. Has small rope loop for hanging. Ornament was cast from a genuine German antique gingerbread mold, this mold in particular from c. 1850. Please see photos for description about particular design & history of the mold! In great condition. Paint is still bright & colorful. Comes with box for storage and little info pamphlet.
