VTG Schmid Lowell Davis Limited Edition Resin Cat on Colorful Platform Signed

Marked Lowell Davis, 1981. Limited Edition: 1749 out of 4000. No damage to the cat. The base is very colorful. There is some ?dried? glue on the yellow part near the 4000. I can't find another one online so I don't know if or what is missing. Small amount of paint missing on the back of the ears. Measures 3" tall and the base is 2 3/4" by 3 1/4".
