Hi, I'm Cynthia. I am a shop owner on multiple platforms with 20+ years of experience. I do everything within my power, including packing with great care and shipping fully insured, to get your "thing of beauty" to you safely. I have recently moved to the mountains of eastern Tennessee where I find my treasures and offer them to you, the beholder. I hope you will find your "thing of beauty" here. I was raised in a home where bone china, silver and fine crystal were both used and appreciated. This translated into a love of antiques and handmade items of similar quality. I love the journey that leads me to these beautiful things and I hope you will enjoy my "finds" as much as I have enjoyed finding them. Cast Iron Eagle & Grapes Mini Footed Trivets Red Enamel Set of 2 by Virginia Metalcrafters Vintage Folk Art Wall Hanging Pennsylvania Dutch
These are a set of 2 cast iron Pennsylvania Dutch folk art miniature footed trivets. These are made to do double duty as wall art and table trivets. Finished in red enamel which is harder to find. These are marked vintage Virginia Metalcrafters made, their quality is higher than some companies and they were chosen by Colonial Williamsburg to produce their wares for this reason. 1. "Eagle" - features stylized hearts on the handle & an eagle inside a laurel wreath. 2. "Grapes" - features grape clusters surrounded by stylized vines & leaves. Great for a farmhouse or country rustic decor. The six year wedding anniversary gift is iron. Condition: Very good original condition, not many areas of missing enamel, I consider them minor for age, please see photos. Extra clear detail on these pieces.
