I have recently moved to the mountains of eastern Tennessee where I find my treasures and offer them to you, the beholder. I hope you will find your "thing of beauty" here. I was raised in a home where bone china, silver and fine crystal were both used and appreciated. This translated into a love of antiques and handmade items of similar quality. Primrose Pattern Tea Cup Dainty Shape by Shelley Bone China Yellow Spring Flowers February Birth – England
Perfect for spring! This pastel floral Shelley tea cup & saucer is in their "Primrose" pattern & famous dainty shape. Primroses are one of the February birth flowers and symbolize youthfulness and womanhood. Groups of them are also thought to mark the entrance to a fairy realm. The mark dates all of these to 1945 - 66. - Primroses - #13430 - yellow flowers with pastel green trim & matching handle I have other tea cups from this series listed so please check my other listings. Condition: Excellent condition, I am not seeing any defects. There is a faint green spot inside the cup where a bit of the green paint has been smudged, part of how it was made. 💲Want it for less?
