3 Vtg Japan Christmas Choir Altar Boy Chalkware? Plaster? Figurines Carolers

Two taller boys measure about 7" tall, kneeling choir boy is about 6". The green one has small paint chip on hair that could easily be repaired. Besides this, they are in great shape. Marked Made in Japan. They are definitely some sort of plaster material, not sure exactly what.
