Vintage Precious Moments, designed by Samuel J. Butcher. Crafted from brilliant 24% lead crystal manufactured in Germany for Enesco. Features a signature teardrop-eyed girl holding a wire banner with five frosted glass hearts. Includes detailed silver-toned metal scissors resting flat on the thick round foot of the base. Excellent vintage condition with a solid heavy glass build and zero chips, cracks, or fleabites.
