5 PC Vintage Hand Embroidered Tapestry Brocade Doily Mats, Floral Motifs, READ

Listing for FIVE vintage tapestry brocade doilies (one is 13”, four are 9.5”). Beautiful rococo revival, floral designs. These are likely from 1920-50. In good condition overall, no major rips or tears. A few look to have some very slight yellowing on white/lighter areas of design. Unsure of exact maker/origin - no stickers or tags. NOTE

• at least a couple of these doilies “shed” a sandy substance, which is likely from an internal batting or old starch compound that has degraded/crystalized overtime. This is not totally uncommon for these older pieces. Be aware that while being handled, they could leave a grainy substance behind. I haven’t extensively tried to “knock” the particles out of the fabric.
