True color is Robin's Egg Blue w/ white-I wasn't able to capture the vivid blue on camera. I believe the base is milk glass painted with a beautiful sky blue. C style handles. These are in excellent vintage condition, I don't believe they've ever seen a dishwasher. Each cup measures approx 2 1/2"H, 4" from edge of rim to end of handle. All together and pre shipping approx wt is 1 Lb 9 Oz
