Approx 7.5” x 5-1/8”; 270pp ©️1897; by Andrea Hofer Proudfoot (and it appears she also published her own book?!); good antique condition; slight wear to outside of book/binding. This first edition (w00t!) is in remarkably good antique condition, with the only issues being: slight wear to the cover (mostly to the head and heel of the spine) and the front & back hinges are starting to go (but there’s a good deal of life left imo, and the guts of the book are fully intact and have not become loose). The book & interior pages are clean and unmarked.
