Hello! I’m so excited to be part of this network! My name is Ruth Guajardo and I live in San Antonio, Texas. I am not new at selling, my husband and partner, have owned a gift shop and gallery since 2001 called El Sol Studios. We are both Artists and makers, and of course collectors. We have However downsized and partnered with my BFF who also owned a shop as long as me and went in together instead and opened a space that holds both stores (Pulquerios/El Sol Studios. We have always had an insatiable interest in Vintage and unique finds, but our focus had been in Mexican Folk art, handmade and cultural gifts, jewelry and more, until recently. Antique Nippon Style Mini Porcelain Pitcher Victorian Ewer Gilded w/ Flowers
This listing is for this gorgeous antique Nippon style mini porcelain handled pitcher or ewer. This beautifully handcrafted piece features a distinctive long deep cobalt blue neck, gold gilded flowers and highlights, and an intricate elegant hand painted floral design. Handmade in Japan during the Victorian era (1837-1900), this decorative item stands at 5.5 inches tall and 3 inches long. It is in great vintage condition. Has one tiny chip on the inside of the rim, barely noticeable (see photos). Most of the gold accents are bright and shiny but some of the flowers are faded or fading ( consistent with age). The intricate gilding and floral theme make it a perfect addition to any antique collection or Victorian-inspired decor. Please view all of the photos for overall condition. I try to describe my items as much as possible and photos are a big part or the description, including measurements not included in description.
