Antique Victorian Lattice Heart Gold Filled Brooch Pin w/ Letter "M" Monogram

This antique gold filled brooch has an openwork lattice and scrolls heart shape in a yellow gold color, with the central heart in rose gold color, monogrammed with the letter M. It is marked PS Co. on the stem on the back. It measures approx. 7/8" x 7/8". It does not have a purity or content marking, but tests as 10-12K on the front of the main heart and the smaller monogrammed heart using JSP acid. See photos.
