Vintage Brown Bow With Netted Veil Union Made
This is pretty!! I am unsure to exactly measure it, but it was in with the three other hats I have listed measuring 20.5”, so I am assuming it would fit the same. As far as I can tell, the netting is in nice shape. There are matching pom pom like pieces threaded in the netting. No staining that I can see on bow. Overall nice condition. There is no overt smell that I can smell.
