This is an impressed seal mark, which reads 'Chen Guo Zhi Yin' (陳國治印). The mark belongs to Chen Guozhi (circa 1820-1860), a renowned Chinese craftsman active during the Qing dynasty's Daoguang and Xianfeng reigns. He was celebrated for his skill in carving porcelain.
