Handpainted Wooden Slab Floral Wall Hanging Decor Vintage Black Red Ethnic

Item is pre-owned and in very good condition with no chips, cracks or missing paint. There is however, remnants of what looks to be an old tape mark. I have gently tried to get it off without damaging the paint, but I'm sure with the right thing, it would come off if even needed. Smoke free environment. This is a beautifully handpainted round wooden slap of what looks to be processed wood. There is no signature, but this looks quite ethnic. Piece measures 10.75" wide x .75" depth.
