Beautiful Herta Gertz Vase “Mountain Foliage”. About the artist: Herta Gertz, was born in Germany, and migrated to Canada in the early 1950’s. She established B.C. Ceramics in the mid 1950’s her production included work with experimental glazes & abstract graffito designs, that helped define Canadian mid century ceramic design. Please Note: the vase is a shade lighter and softer than what the pictures captured. Condition: Factory flaw above the yellow/orange leaf, near the top. No other condition issues noted.
