MCM 1940’s Royal Copley Ceramic Deer & Fawn Vase/Planter, 9.25" Tall (Large)

The MCM 1940's Royal Copley Ceramic Deer & Fawn Vase and/or Planter is a vintage piece originating from Sebring, Ohio in 1946. The Spaulding China Company, founded in the early 1940s, produced the Royal Copley line until they closed in 1957. This is the larger version of their Deer (Doe) and Fawn pieces. Standing at 9.25 inches tall, 4 inches wide, 6.4 inches long, the piece can be used as either a vase or a planter. (It was originally designed as a vase.) Both the doe and the fawn have beautiful expressions.

The vase is in excellent condition. There are no chips or cracks. There is crazing commensurate with its age.
