A classic 1950s/60s Kewpie doll crafted from smooth, unglazed bisque porcelain. This desirable "action pose" figurine depicts the Kewpie in a kneeling position with one hand to the chest. It features the iconic "topknot" hair, wide sideglancing eyes, and the definitive small blue wings on the shoulder blades. The base is hollow with a classic heartshaped opening typical of Japanese exports from this era. In excellent condition with no chips or repairs.
