Hi, I'm Cynthia. I am a shop owner on multiple platforms with 20+ years of experience. I do everything within my power, including packing with great care and shipping fully insured, to get your "thing of beauty" to you safely. I have recently moved to the mountains of eastern Tennessee where I find my treasures and offer them to you, the beholder. I hope you will find your "thing of beauty" here. I was raised in a home where bone china, silver and fine crystal were both used and appreciated. This translated into a love of antiques and handmade items of similar quality. I love the journey that leads me to these beautiful things and I hope you will enjoy my "finds" as much as I have enjoyed finding them. Nicholas Nourot Studio Art Glass Cabinet Vase w Black Rim & Base Signed Dated Hand Blown OOAK – USA(CA)
One of a kind hand blown studio art glass cabinet vase by Michael Nourot Studio. The signature reads “Nourot CV-26 10 NN” which means: Nourot Studio / cabinet vase / one of 26 made in this shape & color in 2010 / created by Nicholas Nourot. I do not know the name of the series but it reminds me of a thunderstorm or the milky way. Your lighting will make a difference in how this vase looks when on display so I have pictured it in several different situations. Applied black rim & base is reminiscent of Czech tango glass. Vase will ship double boxed. Nourot Art Glass Studio was founded in 1974 by husband and wife Michael Nourot and Ann Corcoran. He studied in Murano and worked with glass greats such as Dale Chihuly. Nicholas Nourot is his son who continues the work. Size: approx 9″ h x 7″ w x 4" d Condition: Excellent, I am not noticing any defects.
