Frame dimensions are 23"x23". The Frame shows scuffs. I am willing to remove the frame and the glass to ship the matted print without the frame and the glass. The print will remain matted so the matted print will have to be shipped flat. The dimensions will remain 23"x23", but will weigh significantly less. The estimated postage will include the full weight with the frame and glass included. If the buyer would only prefer the matted print to be shipped, the shipping charges should be less. I will refund shipping overages greater than $1.00.
