Signed Kiln Fired Fused Art Glass Bowl Dichroic Iridescent Confetti Dot Black Ribbons. Signed what I think is "TAB" 03. There is one little chip on one of the black stripes on rim. Not sure if this is a chip or from production. Please view photo. Bowl does sit flat but has a slight wobble. Any HELP identifying the maker is appreciated. No other chips, no cracks. 3" tall x 11" diameter.
