It is suitable for pillar candles and made of high-quality stoneware material, ensuring durability and longevity. The intricate art and folk/primitive style is almost a whimsical nature feel . This piece is approx. 2.5 in tall and 5 in wide. In like new condition- I don't think a candle has been burned on it. I could not find a mark- or identify a maker. It appears high quality as the faces have a sharp attention to detail and I love the glaze!
