Wine chiller includes under plate and is fashioned with unique decorative hanging tassel of leather with two pottery dangling beads. It is hand painted and glazed and no two items are alike. No need to use ice! Just chill the wine and pottery then serve. The wine chiller will keep the wine colder longer.
