Founded in 1884, the factory became known for producing high-quality porcelain tableware and decorative items, often featuring floral designs and intricate detailing. The company's products were exported worldwide and were popular for their craftsmanship and aesthetic appeal. MZ Austria pieces are often marked with the company's distinctive logo, which includes the initials 'MZ' and the word 'Austria.' The factory ceased production in 1945 after World War II. Today, MZ Austria porcelain is collected for its historical significance and decorative value, with certain patterns and pieces being more sought after than others.
