Vintage Arnart (Japan) Porcelain Relish Dish, "Royal Vienna," 10”, Pink/Gold

This vintage Arnart Porcelain Relish Dish in the "Royal Vienna" line is a beautiful and elegant piece that was manufactured in Japan in 1958. This 10" slender oval dish features a baroque style with gold gilt and painted courting couples, showcasing a classic Fragonard style. Crafted from glossy porcelain, this original piece is adorned with a ring of 18th-century courting/romantic couples divided by ornate gold gilt and surrounding a soft pink center. The piece was originally designed as a relish dish or a celery serving dish. Arnart was a company established in New York City that imported porcelain pieces from Japan in the 1950s and 1960s.

The relish dish is in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks or signs of wear.
