based on the shoulder style - this looks to be from the 80s or 90s

Approximate measurements - laying flat: 22 inches from armpit to armpit across front 45.5 inches from center back to bottom edge

there is some softening, to almost pilling of the fabric as seen in the photos, and the sleeves are not even, like the inside seam is coming down, but I don't see any holes or damage. it has been stored in a closet for quite some time, and needs to go to the drycleaner to be freshened up - it may have a stored odor to it
