Vintage Japanese Lacquer Jewelry Music Box Sankyo B-302-A "Feelings" Bird Maki-e

For your consideration is a beautiful vintage Japanese lacquerware jewelry music box from the late 1970s or early 1980s. The lid features a striking, stylized golden bird design (resembling a crane or phoenix) executed with traditional Maki-e metallic details and shimmering accents. Features & Condition: Exterior: High-gloss deep reddish-black lacquer finish. Shows minor, normal vintage surface wear but no major cracks or heavy chipping. Interior: Lined with vibrant, exceptionally clean red velvet. Includes an integrated vanity mirror with decorative red trim, a central storage compartment, and a 5-row ring roll organizer. Musical Movement: Features an authentic internal Sankyo mechanism (Model B-302-A) that plays Morris Albert's 1974 hit standard "Feelings" smoothly and clearly when the lid.
