Buttons all present. Fabric- Label was cut out but appears to be cotton or polyester Made in- Has string belt loops on side and front. Top material very stretchy knit but skirt has none. Buttons all down front. Measurements-All measurements are done on flat surface Shoulder to Shoulder - 15.50" Bust -(armpit to armpit) 19.25" Waist - 19.50" stretched Length - (Shoulder to bottom seam) 41.50" Hip - 24.50" Vintage sizes can be different from modern sizes (usually smaller) so please always go by measurements provided.
